We process your personal data for the purpose of recruitment and assessment of your eligibility for employment opportunities offered by Marassi.

Scope of data
We may process the data you provide in the application form, including in particular: name, contact details, current place of residence, education/student or graduate status, work eligibility information, and other recruitment-related information you choose to provide.

Your data is processed for the purpose of taking steps prior to a possible employment relationship and for managing the recruitment process. Where consent is required, your data will be processed on the basis of your consent.

Your data may be accessed by authorized staff and service providers supporting recruitment, administration, and IT systems, only to the extent necessary.

Retention period
Your personal data will be kept for the time necessary to complete the recruitment process and, where applicable, for a reasonable period for future recruitment processes if you provide consent for that purpose.
