Position: Plants & Flowers Production Worker
Location: Nowe Miasto Lubawskie, Poland
Employment: Full-time
Contract: Umowa zlecenie
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with weekend work during high-demand periods
Work arrangement: Long-term / ongoing employment — not seasonal
The work involves preparing, assembling and handling decorative and horticultural products. It is mainly manual production work performed according to defined quality standards and production targets.

Maintain required production quality and work according to defined targets and supervisor instructions.
PAY & WORKING CONDITIONS

Rate at 100% production target: 32 PLN/hour
Higher performance: Pay increases proportionally when the production target is exceeded
Working schedule: Monday–Friday
High-demand periods: Weekend work may be required
Work type: Manual production work based on defined production and quality standards
The payment system is performance-based. A worker achieving 100% of the required production target receives 32 PLN/hour. Workers who exceed the target can earn proportionally more. Final hourly pay therefore depends on individual production performance while maintaining the required quality standards.
