Our process is designed to be clear and transparent.
Submitting an application does not automatically mean that you have been accepted or that a contract has been concluded. Candidates move through several stages before they are fully registered, verified, contracted and handed over to the operational team.
The exact requirements may vary depending on the project, your legal status in Poland and your individual circumstances.
Start by completing the application form for the vacancy you are interested in.
The initial application normally asks for basic information such as your:
name, contact details, current city in Poland, current status, availability, preferred start date and other information relevant to the vacancy.
A CV may be requested or accepted as an optional supporting document.
Your application enters the Marassi recruitment inbox and is reviewed by our recruitment team.
At this stage, no contract has been created and no project place is guaranteed.
We review whether your profile generally matches the requirements of the current project.
Depending on the vacancy, we may consider:
availability for the required schedule;
ability to start within the required recruitment period;
location in Poland;
readiness for the type of work offered;
student or graduate status where relevant;
accommodation requirements;
information provided in your application.
If your profile matches the current vacancy, you are invited to continue to the formal registration stage.
If the project is already full or your profile does not match the current requirements, your application may not proceed further.
Selected candidates receive a separate Marassi registration form.
This is more detailed than the initial application form because the information is used to prepare your contracting and onboarding documentation.
Depending on your situation, you may be asked to provide information concerning:
personal details, date of birth, nationality, PESEL where applicable, Polish residential address, university or graduate status, other active contracts, current employer details where relevant, tax declarations, insurance information and residence/work status.
The registration form must be completed carefully and truthfully.
The information submitted here may later be used to:
prepare your umowa zlecenia, determine applicable tax and ZUS treatment, verify your right to work, prepare project documentation and complete onboarding.
After the registration form is submitted, Marassi HR checks the information.
We verify that:
required fields have been completed;
personal details are consistent;
your Polish address has been provided where required;
student or graduate information is complete;
university information is provided where relevant;
declarations concerning other contracts or employers are clear;
the information required for tax, ZUS and contracting purposes is sufficient.
If something is incorrect
If the form contains missing, contradictory or incorrect information, it may be returned for correction.
You may receive a new registration form and be asked to submit the corrected information again.
A correction request does not necessarily mean that your application has been rejected.
It means that Marassi cannot continue to the next stage until the required information is complete and consistent.
For foreign candidates, Marassi must determine whether the person may legally perform work in Poland under the proposed arrangement.
Depending on your situation, you may be asked to provide documents confirming your:
legal stay in Poland, current residence document, visa or residence status, student or graduate status, existing work authorization or other legal basis allowing work.
If your situation is unclear, your case may remain under verification until sufficient documents are provided.
Do not send sensitive documents unless they are specifically requested by an authorized Marassi representative as part of the verification process.
If you require additional employer-side documentation or a work permit procedure, Marassi assesses your individual case.
Where applicable, Marassi may assist with:
work permit procedures, employer documentation required for residence applications, TRC-related documentation and other employer-side legalization documents.
Legalization support is assessed individually.
Starting a procedure does not guarantee a positive decision from a public authority and does not itself constitute confirmation of a project assignment.
Once the required registration and verification stages are completed, and a project place remains available, the candidate may be approved for contracting.
At this point, Marassi confirms the conditions applicable to the assignment.
Depending on the project, these may include:
project location, type of work, rate or payment system, schedule, planned start date, accommodation, transportation and other project-specific conditions.
The conditions shown on the relevant Jobs page should always be reviewed before proceeding.
Marassi prepares the umowa zlecenia using the verified information provided during registration.
The contract contains the terms applicable to the assignment.
Before signing, candidates should review:
their personal information, contracting party details, scope of services, applicable remuneration rules, contractual obligations and other declarations attached to the contract.
If any personal information is incorrect, contact Marassi before signing.
The umowa zlecenia and related documents are normally sent electronically.
You will receive access to the documents and must complete the required electronic signing process.
The package may include:
the umowa zlecenia, required declarations, tax-related information, ZUS-related declarations and project documentation.
Your contracting stage is not complete until all required documents have been properly signed.
Marassi reviews the declarations provided during registration to determine how the contract should be processed.
The exact treatment depends on your individual status.
This may include consideration of:
age, student status, graduate status, other active contracts, insurance status and other information relevant to statutory obligations.
Where registration with ZUS is required, Marassi completes the appropriate employer-side registration.
Where a particular exemption or different treatment applies, this is determined based on the information and documents provided by the contractor.
Once the contracting requirements are completed, Marassi confirms that you may proceed to project onboarding.
This is the stage at which your practical start arrangements begin.
You may receive confirmation of:
project assignment, start date, workplace, expected schedule and the operational contact responsible for your onboarding.
If accommodation is included in the specific project and you requested it, Marassi coordinates your accommodation placement.
Before travelling, you should receive confirmation of the applicable arrangements.
This may include:
accommodation location, expected arrival date, room or placement information, house rules and contact details for the responsible coordinator.
Do not travel to accommodation before receiving confirmed instructions.
Accommodation conditions may differ between projects.
Where the project includes organized transport between accommodation and the workplace, the relevant transport arrangements are communicated during onboarding.
Information may include:
pickup point, departure time, shift-related transport arrangements, workplace destination and coordinator instructions.
Transport arrangements depend on the project and accommodation location.
Once the administrative stage is complete, your case is handed over from recruitment/HR to the operational team.
The Project Manager or Coordinator becomes your main contact for practical project onboarding.
The operational team receives the information necessary to prepare your start, such as:
your name, contact details, confirmed start date, project assignment, accommodation requirement, transport requirement and confirmation that the required contracting stages have been completed.
From this stage onward, operational questions should normally be handled with the Project Manager or Coordinator.
Before your first day, you receive final instructions.
Depending on the project, these may include:
exact workplace address, arrival time, shift information, transportation details, accommodation instructions, clothing requirements, coordinator contact, documents to bring and other practical information.
Candidates are expected to read these instructions carefully and follow the confirmed arrival arrangements.
Before beginning regular work, you complete the required project-specific onboarding.
Depending on the workplace and assignment, this may include:
workplace introduction, health and safety instructions, supervisor introduction, production rules, attendance procedures, quality requirements, reporting rules, equipment or locker allocation, workwear instructions and project-specific procedures.
Additional training may be required depending on the assignment.
Where a project uses production targets or performance standards, these are explained during operational onboarding.
You may receive information about:
the production task, expected quality, performance target, how completed work is recorded and how the remuneration system operates.
The detailed payment and target rules applicable to a particular project are stated in the relevant vacancy and contracting documentation.
You are considered ready to start once the required administrative and operational stages have been completed.
This generally means:
your application has been accepted, registration completed, required verification completed, umowa zlecenia signed, tax/ZUS status assessed, project assignment confirmed, accommodation/transport arranged where applicable and operational onboarding instructions provided.
You can then begin the project according to the confirmed start date.
Once you have started performing services under the project, you become an active Marassi contractor assigned to that project.
From this point, operational matters such as:
attendance, schedules, project communication, accommodation matters, transport and workplace coordination
are generally handled through the designated Project Manager or Coordinator.
Administrative or contractual matters remain handled by the appropriate Marassi HR/administrative contact.

Recruitment may close when the required number of contractors has been reached.
Completing earlier stages does not guarantee that a project place will remain available until contracting is completed.
Incorrect or contradictory information can delay or prevent onboarding.
If your situation changes during the process, inform Marassi before signing the contract.
Schedules, rates, accommodation, transport, production targets and onboarding requirements may differ between assignments.
Always review the specific vacancy on the Jobs page.
